This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE BUCKET LIST ADVENTURE, except for international airfare into Kathmandu, Nepal. All other costs including meals, accommodations, trekking permits, in-county flights and other travel, yoga/meditation, porters, and guides are included (but please account for tips for your porters/guides..)

Sagarmatha is the Nepali name for Mt. Everest. This name means ‘Goddess of the Sky.’

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 October 13th: International arrivals

Airport pickups and transfers to The Address Hotel, Thamel Kathmandu, Shop for last minute gear, Team dinner in hotel (included), optional rooftop candlelight Yin yoga/meditation

Day 2 October 14th: Cultural Tour in Kathmandu

Team breakfast (included), Depart for Cultural Historical tour of Kathmandu (Boudhanath, Swayambhu, Pashupatinath Temples), Lunch independently, Team dinner in hotel (included), Opening candlelight circle on rooftop

Day 3 October 15th: Kathmandu to Phakhding (8,563 ft.)

Early morning (4am!) drive 4 hours to Ramechaap, Morning flight (40 minutes) to Lukla, Khumbu Everest region of eastern Nepal (9400 ft.) - the starting point for your Everest Base Camp trek! Team lunch in Lukla, Trek Lukla to Pakhding via suspension bridges and prayer flags, Team dinner, Evening yoga/meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: ~3 hours

Elevation change: Descend 640 feet

Day 4 October 16th: Pakhding to Namche Bazaar (11,300 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek Pakhding to Namche Bazaar uphill through forests, suspension bridges, waterfalls, mountain view, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 7 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 2,750 feet

Day 5 October 17th: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar

Optional morning yoga, Team breakfast, Free day in Namche Bazaar to relax, rest, acclimatize, buy last minute gear, visit Everest museum, cultural immersion, trek to Everest panorama viewpoint, Team or independent lunch in town, Team dinner in lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included (unless you opt for independent lunch)

Day 6 October 18th: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (12,687 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche - first incredible Everest views~!, Team lunch on trail, visit Tengboche Buddhist Tibetan Monastery, Attend evening puja prayers in monastery, Team dinner at lodge, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 4-5 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 1,400 ft.

Day 7 October 19th: Tengboche to Periche (14,340 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek the beautiful trail from Tengboche to Periche, Team lunch in lodge, Team dinner in lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight stay in lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 5 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 1,653 ft.

Day 8 October 20th: Periche to Lobuche (16,174 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek Periche to Lobuche via Khumbu Glacier, remote Himalayan valley, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner at lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 5 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 1,834 ft.

Day 9 October 21st: EVEREST BASE CAMP!!! (17,600 ft.)

Trek Lobuche to Gorak Shep for lunch, and onto Everest Base Camp!!! YOU MADE IT!!! Trek back to Gorak Shep to sleep, Team dinner at lodge, Evening celebration!!! Overnight stay in trekker lodge, All meals included.

Trekking time: 6 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 1,400 ft.

Day 10 October 22nd: Gorak Shep (16,950 ft.) to Kala Patthar (18,200 ft.) to Lobuche (16,174 ft.)

Early morning trek up to Kala Patthar for stunning Himalayan view, trek back to Gorak Shep for breakfast, Descend from Everest Base Camp to Lobuche via Khumbu Glacier, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner in trekker lodge, Overnight in trekker lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, All meals included.

Trekking time: 7 hours

Elevation change: Ascend 1,250 ft./Descend 2,000 ft.

Day 11 October 23rd: Lobuche to Dingboche (14,470 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek Lobuche to Dingboche, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner in lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 5 hours

Elevation change: Descend 1,700 ft.

Day 12 October 24th: Dingboche to Namche Bazaar (11,300 ft.)

Team breakfast, Trek Dingboche to Namche Bazaar, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner in lodge, Evening candlelight meditation, Overnight in trekker lodge, All meals included

Trekking time: 8 hours

Elevation change: Descend 3,200 ft.

Day 13 October 25th: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (9,400 ft.)

Teeam breakfast, Trek Namche Bazaar to Lukla, Team lunch on the trail, Team dinner in lodge, Evening celebration, Overnight in trekker lodge, Optional evening yoga, All meals included

Trekking time: 7 hours

Elevation change: Descend 2,100 ft.

Day 14 October 26th: Lukla to Kathmandu

Team breakfast, early flight Lukla to Kathmandu, free day in Kathmandu, optional trekker massage, independent lunch, Cultural team dinner, Night out together in Thamel, Kathmandu, Overnight in hotel, Celebration!!!

Day 15 October 27th: Rooftop yoga, Team breakfast, Rest/shop in Kathmandu, Closing circle at OR2K restaurant, Overnight at The Address Hotel

Day 16 October 28th: International departures
