All registrations have a nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person to save your space. Balance payments may be paid in full at the time of registration, or in payments over the duration of time, with full balance payment due by 60 days prior to the adventure start date or otherwise stated in retreat description. You can cancel your reservation for any reason 60 days or more before retreat start date, and you will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable deposit. For cancellations that are made 60 days or less from the retreat start date, including any last minute cancellations, we apologize but we cannot refund; however, you may apply your $500 deposit to another trip occurring within 12 months from the initial signup date/date deposit was paid. This deposit credit will be kept on file until this timeframe expires. We suggest refraining from purchasing airfare until you get clearance from us in the form of an email that the trip is full and will run. If a retreat is ever cancelled on our end for any reason, you will be notified immediately, and will receive a complete refund of all retreat fees, less any incurred PayPal or bank transfer fees, or be allowed to transfer at no penalty to another retreat. If you opt for refund, then your refund will be given within 2 weeks of the cancellation. If cancellation is required, enlightened globetrekker adventures is not responsible for any expenses (travel or lodging) incurred beyond the registration fees.
